Doesn’t work

Suunto’s website is often down preventing the download of the data file from the watches. People have been begging for an offline app so at least data can be downloaded offline. They haven’t done this. Now their app proves worthless. It sees my account but will not load any info from the records, only new data gets shown whereas when I first downloaded the app it worked, kind of… data was accessible.
Suunto - I really hope you guys take these things seriously… people are not happy. My Garmin cycling computers work flawlessly and after testing, are more accurate for recording. But your watches have the potential to be better - however, your software needs huge improvements.
