Suunto Movescount App Reviews

Now Ambit3 peak sync with apps for few weeks. However I noticed that the apps is missing capability to set the light/dark option of display on the Exercise sets. Thats annoying. You have to go to the web version to set it or the workaround is to set it to default so it would get the main watch corresponding setting.

Since the last update the 3D movies which was the highlight of the app does not work anymore. Please fix !!!

No regrets for the watch itself but the app is very disappointing when it does work... The Bluetooth link between the watch and my iPhone does not work for a while now, neither does the suunto movies... I promised my brother to buy him a suunto to his next birthday, regarding the last monthS disappointments I might go for another brands which is a shame because the watch itself is good and the app development is not the most expensive part...

Work on it, no imagination, no thinking of needs of users. Do something

Good app :) It just ate 20% o my battey after 2h and 5 m of bike ride! Should have a way to share the map of your move with friends.

As far as I can tell the iOS 8.2 upgrade breaks bluetooth connections. My Ambit3 Peak will connect, sync, disconnect immediately and repeat indefinitely. I un-paired and re-paired the watch as well as un-installed and re-installed the app on my iPhone. I am running the latest version of the app released yesterday. Anyone else as unfortunate as me can confirm this? I also confirmed that the Ambit cannot transmit GPS or info to the iPhone when in recording a move. Moves are not syncing either so the app connection to the Ambit is completely broken in iOS 8.2

I have an iphone6 with Ios 9.2 and since the last app update it is not syncing anymore.

Very good app but since last update of IOS 9.2 its no longer sync with Ambit3Run device throgh bluetooth...

... instead of answering them. Everyone who is thinking of buying their products should be aware of that!!!

The app stop working when I shut the phone display so I had to let my phone display on all the time in order to let the app working which is BS...

Excellent App! Ive tried many others to track my activities, but this one seems to be the best!

Good job Suunto, fun app to use. I just wish it was less buggy. Lots of app crashing or failing to record data :(

Would really like to see better integration with the Movescount website. Not useful to me as is since Ive got an Ambit.

FYI: Since the March 24, 2015 update, the smart sensor heart rate monitor from Suunto no longer displays or records heart rate data. You wont get any calorie info until they fix this... The sensor itself works in other apps (Strava) so I know it isnt a problem with the heart rate sensor. Unfortunately Ive had to move to another app for tracking my workouts until Suunto acknowledges the problem and releases a fix.

Since the recent update my heart rate sensors are no longer detected. Both are bluetooth/ANT+ enabled.

While this worked beautifully with my ambit 3 back in early 2015, recent updates to either the watch or the app have made syncing with the iPhone app much worse. Theyve added nice features of late - which is great if they hadnt messed up the primary reason I bought the thing.

I love my watch but since the last app update it does not sync

My Ambit3 was syncing to my iPhone6 until this update, now its not. Please fix it!!!!!
