Suunto Movescount App Reviews

The only time I can get my new Ambit3 to sync with the app is by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. So, the only selling point of upgrading to the Ambit3 is useless.

While the Ambit3 is a pretty cool watch, its connectivity with this app is very unreliable. Right after pairing, the app syncs with the watch just fine, but it never lasts. Ive unpaired and repaired the watch, tried forcing a sync from the watch, and even deleted and reinstalled the app. Repairing works only as a one-off bandaid solution. Given the other reviews and help forums online, this seems to be a frequent problem, and Suunto seems pretty unresponsive to it. I give the app 2 stars since when you can sync your activities it does some really neat things. But my recommendation if you are trying to choose a fitness watch is to look elsewhere until Suunto actually makes some effort to deliver on their marketing. Im pretty disappointed.

Got the Suunto ambit 3 watch yesterday. Have spent 4 hr trying to get watch and app to connect w/o success. I read that some are having trouble sync ing this watch/software since software update early Jan/16. Anyone have info? If nothing and no connect Ill return to store n get Garmin Swim watch.

Suddenly not working. Have tried everything. Wont sync with the Movescount app on iPhone nor on the Mac application. Keep getting sync failed message. No explanation from Suunto. Im sorry now that I ever left good old dependable Garmin! More than frustrated!

sync problems...check...no landscape view...check..unbelievably stupid interface...check...the summary of your workout contains two items...are you kidding me...no pte...no respirations..no rpms..no nothing..what a useless app from a useless company that simply makes a great watch and has no clue how to do anything else

I Iove my watch but the app and even the website doesnt provide much help. In terms of providing the graphs and summaries of the training, its fine, but if the app would provide options to add indoor weight training so I can track all my workouts on one app, it would be great. I would like to have the option of inserting more details in my "moves" so I can have a better visual of my training. Also, does it sync with myfitness pal?

Crashes every time I try to sync my watch. Useless.

I like all the new stuff but second screen mode is now using the phone GPS and draining the battery. Even with the GPS off it drain battery extremely fast. It wasnt like that before. Please fix.

Even though after finishing recording suunto movie on the iPhone app, save button doesnt appear.. I want to see the lap information on the app.

上に同じく、アプデしてもBluetooth同期できません。3runのメリット無くなります。

The latest update includes a bug that will not allow photos to be attached. 同期に関しては一回アプリを削除して再インストールしたら治りました。 しかし写真が添付できんです。 3ヶ月に一度くらい、アップデートでひどい問題がおきる印象。 開発体制、品質管理、ちゃんとして。 これならデータをstravaやrunkerperやらに飛ばすだけできればよいよ。どうせmovescount誰も使ってないし、みんなsuuntoハードの美しさに惹かれてるのでアプリには期待してないから。

iOS 9.3.4 Ambit3 Peak のファーム 2.2.16 「同期に失敗しました」と表示されmoveのアップロードもできない。 ちなみに、Win版/Mac版 Moveslink2 version 1.4.1 でも同期に失敗しました。 私の環境では、Ambit3 のファームウェアをアップデートした後に発生しました。 はよ解消してくれ〜

iPhoneとの同期が速くなりましたが、Bluetooth接続しているとiPhoneのバッテリーが激しく消費するようになりました。

Why we didint see laps time?

My suunto ambit3 peak some times cannot make connection with phone, have to be unpair and repair the Connection. Another issue is Some moves have not been synced and some of those moves were synced by desktop app but have not seen in the iPhone movescount app, But After I uninstall and reinstall all moves are listed fine.

I really wonder what has been revised and fixed with your update on the app!! I am using iphone6s and cant sync/pair with ambit3 sport. I have raised same issue a mounth ago but no answer from officials. I heavily recommend you and myself to prefer garmin for next time.
