Sadly with latest update I can no longer sync with my iPhone! Any fixes coming?

The only thing that this app needs is a way to plan out new routes on the map before taking them.

Dont know about other people, but I cant connect my watch or heart rate sensor anymore.

Wont make any movies, says operation failed for two days now and after multiple reinstalls.

Ambit3 sport watch Does not pair to iPhone

Doesnt sync. Seriously guys, I hate garmin and want to love sunnto, but you make it hard when each new version is so buggy that it takes three updates to fix. You need to make sure the app is stable before releasing. I am not a beta tester, I paid a ton of money for my ambit3 and I expect it to work as advertised.

Worked great the first few runs with my Ambit 3 Peak and iPhone 6 Plus. Now photos wont load into the movie. (They can be selected but then nothing happens when you add them) Also having syncing issues with the phone. Watch will sync, but app doesnt recognize the watch? Unpaired/paired. Uninstalled/reinstalled. No luck. PLEASE FIX!

Have to delete and reinstall app every time I want to download a new move. Such a pain. Stops syncing after 1 move.

Bought a Suunto smart sensor HR chest monitor and downloaded app. It synced first time but I must be dead because no heartbeat registers. Is it on properly? It is. Another app picks it up and show HR. Tried again and again and again and now it wont even sync. Youre lucky it works with other apps because Ill give it a try. But if you cant fix connectivity issues I might as well get a Polar H7.

After every bloody update (watch & Movescount app) syncing data stops working!!! What the hell are your programmers doing??? Get some professionals to fix these issues pleeeeeease! Suunto - last chance then Im heading back to Garmin!! Lucky to get 1 star rating!!!!

Fix now or I am taking the $500 paper weight back!!! I wish I could give no stars!!!

Ive had an Ambit3 for 4 months now. Love the watch but Ive had to troubleshoot deleting and reloading this app too many times. Anytime there is a software update or even just recharging the watch to my computer it will not synch. Id hate to stop recommending Suunto over Garmin but will have to if the watch and mobile synch wont work as advertised. Please fix or hire people that can. Thank you.

In mid-December, Suuntos software update broke the apps connectivity. The company appears to have ignored what is, judging by the other reviews, a widespread problem. My watch (an Ambit 3 Sport) has not connected to the app in a month. Suuntos public relations team is shockingly inept. Please let customers know if the company is even aware of the problem, intends to fix it, or if I should go buy a Garmin. Its incredibly frustrating that Suunto has been silent.

It has been over a month since the connectivity with my iPhone has been broken, with on-going promises that it will be fixed soon. What a lousy product. Nuff said.

Last tree version dont work on suunto ambit 3 peak

Love the Ambit 3 Peak, apply some of the technology and correct the APP issues! I bought the watch for the ease of pairing however I have to delete the device and reset my watch weekly to get it to pair! Sad!

The clouds parted and the angels sang! The suunto has sync works, its a beautiful day!

I dont do much with the app since I own an ambit 2 and most features are intended for the ambit 3, however one thing I do use a lot is checking my SUP moves using the in-app map. They display perfectly when I check them in the movescount website (which uses google maps by default), however the map will show my move as if it was carried on land and not the actual ocean whenever I check them on my phone, which has lead me to believe that it has something to do with apple maps horrible mapping. Please let us choose between google maps, Apple maps and other services to display our GPS data like you do in the web app. Thanks.

Im glad they could update so that "adding photos to your Moves works better now." when my whole reason for using the app is to connect to my Ambit3 via Bluetooth to transfer info to Strava. I dont use this app for uploading stupid running selfies!

Im disappointed by the lack of pairing ambit3 sport sapphire with moveslink AND movescount. Bummer because I was hoping to analyze stats to improve... If it werent for the hr ability in swimming, itd go back. The watch is beautiful and works wonderfully. Ppppppllllleeeeaaase fix the app or at least make the website useable. Not able to upload workouts from computer either. Uuuggghhhh
