Horrible! Wont sync to iPhone with the 9.2 update! Please fix!!!!

What a disappointment. Update wont sync ambit 3.

Received the Ambit3 Sport for Christmas. Connected successfully to the watch twice and then nothing. Talked to customer service who said an app update would come out in the new year. Well, here it is and nothing has changed. I unpaired and then paired watch to phone. Successful connectivity until the watch is to far from phone then they are unable to reconnect - even by trying to force it to manually. I have to plug the watch into the computer via USB in order to sync workouts. Thinking about returning the watch. Update: Software worked ok for a month. Enjoying the watch. Then with latest update workouts fail to download even after the app indicates synchronization was successful.

Doesnt sync now with ambit3. Functionality is weak.

This flat out doesnt work. Havent connected my traverse in over 6 months. Disappointed to spend $500 on a watch and not unleash its full potential with a complementary app.

Im about to give up on my SUUNTO AMBIT3 watch and return it to the retail store where I purchased it. When I bought it in August of 2015, it worked well with the heart rate monitor, my iPhone, and my computer. However, after several updates to my watch and apps, it hasnt worked right since. Nothing syncs correctly anymore. VERY FRUSTRATING! PLEASE FIX or Im done with Suunto.

I read everyones complains (same issue here) and used the Mac/PC app to update the firmware on the watch. The mobile app worked immediately after that and works very nicely. Even gives Facebook updates now like a smart watch! FANTASTIC!

Do not use. Return your new watch immediately. This app will fail. I have used it for the past year and it gets worst and worst. With constant needed updates that do not work.

Which is very frustrating when you are counting on this app for your post workout review, or pre-workout

Worst app ever, cant connect watch with phone ever...Would give 0 stars if possible... Fix this...

Update of 9 Mar 2016 solves the sync issue between ios 9.2.1 and ambit3!!

As of 3/9/16 release. Not syncing properly with Strava. Very glitchy.

Im ruining iOS 9.2.1 on my iPhone 6s+ and this update syncs best with my Ambit3 peak watch.

Pairing with iPhone difficult and often fails, requiring multiple attempts. Once paired synchronization fails repeatedly

It would be so good if you put the ability to sync the sports when theres no internet connection!

I recently took the plunge and got a graphite Traverse, and its amazing. This app allows you to fine-tune some of the features easily, on the fly. It will NOT, however, update your profile on Movescount, and occasionally will not sync with the watch on the first attempt. It usually works on the third or fourth sync attempt. Running iOS 9.3.1 on a 6s+.
